The Weak President:

Gas Price January $2.35 – $3.08 -> 73 cents and climbing.

California has entered the $4 range

Our international enemies see a weak president and are challenging him from all directions.

China wiped the floor and embarrassed the U.S.A. at the summit in Alaska.

China signed cooperative agreements with Russia – includes a space agreement – Russia has cancelled cooperation with NASA.

China is moving forward in seizing islands well out in the Pacific as theirs

China flew 21 military aircraft into Taiwan airspace. The communist party’s 100 year anniversary is in July. Invasion?

China signed agreements with Iran – with plans to do the same with other Arab countries.

China is using the border crisis to ward off international claims of human rights abuses in China and imprisonment of Chinese citizens.

After Biden called Russia President “a killer” Russia moved more troops to the Ukrainian border…and recent scrimmages have killed 4 Ukrainian military personal.

Russia has moved substantial navel forces into the artic.

North Korea jumped into the challenge to Biden by the firing more missiles.

Bidens military is more focused on gender and climate change than protecting America.

So, if the phone in the White House rings at 3 AM about an emergency involving Americans do you believe President Biden can provide appropriate leadership?

FEDERAL VOTER LAW S-1/HR-1

8 Ways That S-1/HR-1 ‘For the People Act’ Imperils Free and Fair Elections

Hans von Spakovsky @HvonSpakovsky / March 15, 2021

The Gila County Republican Party calls it: ”THE VOTER FRAUD APPROVAL ACT”

1) It would eviscerate state voter ID laws that require a voter to authenticate his or her identity. Indeed, it would force states to allow anyone to vote who simply signs a form saying that they are who they claim they are.

When combined with the mandate that states implement same-day voter registration, it means I could walk into any polling place on Election Day, register under the name John Smith, sign a form claiming I really am John Smith, cast a ballot, and walk out.

Not only would election officials have no way of preventing that or verifying that I am not really John Smith, I could repeat this at as many polling places as I can get to.

2) It would make absentee ballots even more insecure than they already are. Not only could states not apply any ID requirement to absentee ballots, they could not enforce any witness signature or notarization requirement.

States that wisely ban candidates, campaign staffers, party activists, and political operatives from handling or delivering absentee ballots would see that ban voided. HR 1 would require states to give access to absentee ballots to third-party strangers who may have a stake in the outcome of the election.

All states also have to create permanent absentee ballot lists for anyone who wants to vote entirely by mail in all elections and mail absentee ballot request forms to all registered voters, a real problem given how inaccurate state voter registration rolls are.

3) It would worsen the problem of inaccurate registration rolls, which are full of people who have died, moved away, are ineligible felons or noncitizens, or are registered more than once. HR 1 severely restricts the ability of states to take the basic steps necessary to maintain the accuracy of their voter rolls, such as comparing their lists with those of other states or using the U.S. Postal Service’s National Change of Address System to find individuals who have moved.

4) It would take away your ability to decide whether you want to register to vote. Instead, it requires states to automatically register individuals who interact with state agencies such as the Department of Motor Vehicles and welfare offices, as well as numerous federal agencies. This will not only lead to multiple registrations of individuals in the same and multiple states, but the registration of aliens and other ineligible individuals.

5) It would force states to allow online registration, opening up the voter registration system to massive fraud by hackers and cybercriminals. Worse, it severely restricts the ability of state officials to reject a voter registration application, even when it is rejected because the official thinks the individual is ineligible to vote.

6) It imposes onerous new regulatory restrictions on political speech and activity, including online and policy-related speech by candidates, citizens, civic groups, unions, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. The disclosure provisions that apply to membership organizations like the National Rifle Association, Citizens for Life, and other organizations that Americans of all political stripes join to multiply their voices on important issues will subject donors to intimidation and harassment.

It is the modern equivalent of the donor disclosure requirements that state governments tried to impose on civil rights organizations in the 1950s—requirements the Supreme Court deemed unconstitutional.

7) It would authorize the IRS to investigate and consider the political and policy positions of nonprofit organizations when they apply for tax-exempt status. This would enable the political party in control of the White House (and thus the IRS) to use the IRS to go after anyone criticizing it or its policies.

8) It would set up a public funding program for candidates running for Congress. This would force taxpayers to subsidize the political campaigns of individuals they may vehemently disagree with and wouldn’t vote for in a million years.

Senators who supports HR 1 should realize that they are essentially in favor of throwing the validity and credibility of future elections in doubt and taking away the authority of the voters of their states to make their own decisions on how their elections should be run.

SPECIAL NOTE: Two Polls – 75 to 80 percent want a voter ID law – across all ethnic groups.

ANOTHER POLL: Blacks support voter ID by 73% – And whites by 81%.

The Georgia Voter Law – Biden Lies!

President Biden knowingly and consciously outright lied about the new Georgia voting law – further agitating racial tensions.

At a National news conference broadcast on TV, President Biden claimed – ““Among the outrageous parts of this new (Georgia) state law, it ends voting hours early so working people can’t cast their vote after their shift is over.”

You’re going to close a polling place at 5 o’clock, when working people just get off?” he said to ESPN. “This is all about keeping working folks, and ordinary folks that I grew up with, from being able to vote.”

The Washington Post newspaper gave Biden 4 Pinocchio’s for this BIG LIE

FACTS:

The new law specifies the hours for voting day as 7 AM to 7 PM. If a person is in line by 7 PM that person will be allowed to vote.

In-Person Early Voting at state and county offices “shall be conducted during normal business hours” – generally believed to be from 9 AM to 5 PM.

An additional Saturday early voting day was added to the existing early voting period.

Sunday voting may also be allowed during the early voting period if counties desire.

The new law provides 17 or more days of available early voting days.

Biden also said at the news conference, “If you want any indication that it (the voter law) has nothing to do with fairness, nothing to do with decency, they pass a law saying you can’t provide water for people standing in line while they’re waiting to vote.”

FACTS

The previous and new law both outlaws “electioneering” where representatives from political parties try to persuade voters in line to change their vote to a particular party candidate at the last minute. (This prohibition is common in all U.S. states’ voting laws)

Georgia and other states put up 75 to 100 foot boundaries at voting polls. Electioneering can take place outside the boundary, including offering food and water  with labels of political parties. It prohibits a political party representative from offering literature, food, and water to a voter in line for a favorable vote for that party’s candidate(s).

There is no prohibition in the Georgia law for a voter to bring their own food and water or obtain water from poll officials.

OTHER FACTS:

The Georgia voter law includes the same voter ID requirement  as was in the previous law.

The law adds “Voter Drop Boxes” to the law, which didn’t exist in previous law.

REACTION. The woke and weak CEO’s of Delta Airlines, Coca Cola, Home Depot and others failed to read and analyze the final new voter law and publicly criticized the State of Georgia.

Georgia Lawmakers immediately rescinded a fuel tax break provided to Delta Airlines

Stacy Abrems, Al Sharpton, and Labron James (basketball pro) pressured baseball commissioner Manfred to move the All Star Game. …Manfred failed to talk to the Georgia governor or legislative leadership.

Manfred also failed to get approval from his board of directors

Both are stupid decision for any CEO!

Manfred next utilaterally moved the all star game out of Atlanta (51% Black population) to Denver with a 76 percent white population.

Should the CEO’s resign?

President Biden needs to apologize to the American people immediately and communicate to the woke and weak CEO’s who over-reacted and request they rescind their decisions

WHO WAS JIM CROW?  – A struggling actor, and white man by the name of Thomas Rice who in 1828 appeared on stage as the first “black face” – his face darkened by burnt cork and appearing in the minstrel. “Jim Crow” became a racial slur by 1838

By the end of the 19th century, the words Jim Crow were less likely be used to put down blacks…instead, it began being used to describe laws and customs which oppressed blacks.

Voter registration cards with photo and fingerprint with hologram to prevent forgery is the law in Mexico.

THE BORDER AND THE PUBLIC SAFETY-COVID CRISIS

The Biden Administration calls it a “CHALLENGE”

Americans can’t get into the U.S. Capitol due to a fence and check points

But illegals can invade the U.S. at the border

A CRISIS OF LEADERSHIP

Joe Bidens other big lie –

Biden said Trump let children starve to death – essentially accusing President Trump of genocide

At a national news conference President Biden said “If an unaccompanied child ends  up at the border we’re just going to let him starve to death and stay on the other side – no previous administration did that, except Trump.”

Trump handed off a controlled border – 2020 saw the lowest number of illegals apprehended in 45 years!

March – 172,441 illegals apprehended….18,890 children (1 April) (12 x Payson)

2 MILLION illegals projected for 2021 – 184,000 projected to be children.

Mexican President Calls Biden – “Migrant President” – Illegals believe Biden invited them.

Bidens open border is allowing huge profits for cartels – Millions of dollars – which funds the cartel wars that’s killed hundreds of innocent Mexicans.

NOTE: Cartels are using Facebook and Twitter to coordinate their human trafficking. President Trump was taking them down but these two companies continue to allow this illegal activity.

Cost to address the crisis – $1.9 Billion for the year.

MORE MEDIA LIES

Washington Post runs correction admitting it ‘misquoted’ Trump in Georgia election story

Fraud vs Stolen – President Trump claims the election was “stolen”

Here’s an example why;

The original Washington Post illustrates how the Media and Big Tech controlling and misleading the voting public.

The original article claimed Trump told election official “find the fraud” among other false claims of arm twisting.

The false Washington Post article was related to a Trump phone call to an election official.

A recently revealed audio tape clears Trump of these false claims

Trump did not tell the election official to ‘find the fraud’ or say she would be ‘a national hero’ if she did so.

The Washington Post article was published on December 23, 2020 before the January Special Election Outcome.

The democrats believed the original article, AND without investigating, cited the assumed arm twisting in their Articles of  Impeachment.

INTENT: To alter the special election outcome and it did – electing two far left socialists and losing the Republican majority in the Senate.

NEXT EXAMPLE

FACEBOOK refused to post newspaper reports on Hunter Bidens hard drive – Money from China and 10 percent going to Joe Biden.

INTENT: To alter the election outcome

Poll: One In Six Biden Voters (17 percent) Would Have Changed Their Vote If They Had Known About Scandals Suppressed By Media

This altered election results.

CNN hemorrhaging viewers since Trump left office, down nearly 50% in key measurables.

Media continues to state “Five People Were Killed at the Capitol”

D.C. Medical Examiner Reveals Causes Of Capitol Insurrection Deaths—Except For Officer Brian Sicknick

KEY FACTS

Ashli Babbitt, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran from San Diego who was shot by an officer while storming the Capitol, died of a gunshot wound to her shoulder, according to the ruling.

The medical examiner’s office deemed Babbitt’s death a “homicide,” meaning it was the result of “intentional harm of one person by another.

Roseanne Boyland, 34, died as a result of a drug overdose, the report says, listing her death as “accidental” and the cause as “acute amphetamine intoxication.” PROMOTED

Benjamin Phillips, 50, of Pennsylvania died of “hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease” (heart attack).

Kevin Greeson, 55, of Alabama died of  “hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease” (heart attack).

Officer Sicknick. Cause and manner of death are still pending.

After this report was released CNN Anchor Chris Coumo, on his nightly show, continued to report that “Five people were killed” at the Capitol. A conscious and deliberate lie by CNN.
