Unless President Trump prevails and retains the presidency, the Democrats will hold both branches of the Federal Government: The Presidency and the House of Representatives. If Democrats win the two Senate seats in the Georgia Special Election, they will have the majority in the U.S. Senate as well, and government will go out of control. The only way for Republicans to hold the line until the midterm elections in 2022 (where Republicans will also have a chance to gain control of the House), is to hold the majority in the U.S. Senate by electing the two Republican candidates in Georgia.
Since the loss in these U.S. Senate seats will negatively affect ALL Americans, including Arizonians, you can support these two Georgia Senate candidates by going to: GABATTLEGROUND.com

In today’s update, Chairwoman Kelli Ward gives a status report on our election contest case and breaks down the Texas Supreme Court filing.
In today’s update, Chairwoman Kelli Ward comments on the “safe harbor” date and explains why it’s important for election integrity that due process be fully upheld.
The U.S. Supreme court has accepted the Texas case and ruled that they hear the case. If Texas wins the case there will not be an election but rather the Court will turn the decision to the state legislatures involved. See the article on A Constitutional Roadmap for Conquering Election Fraud
An Open Letter to Arizona WASHINGTON D.C. Are We Witnessing a Coup d’etat? As I write this, I am in our nation’s Capital attending to legislative business, but I remain focused on what is happening in our country regarding our election. In 2016, then candidate Donald Trump fell victim to a heinous crime that had never before been committed in the history of our country. MORE…

Legislative Public Fact-finding Hearing
The
Arizona Legislature Constitutionally is over elections in the State of
Arizona. It is our responsibility to see
that elections are protected and safeguards are in place to protect your
vote. Nothing is more important to the
continuation of our Republic than protecting the integrity of our elections. I take this very seriously. There is no doubt in my mind that the irregularities
that were testified during the Hearing on December 30th make it
impossible for Arizona to legally certify this election. Arizona Eleven Electoral votes should not be
counted for Vice President Biden.
On
Monday November 30th, I was part of a Legislative Public Fact-finding Hearing on Election
Integrity Panel called to hear testimony from many individuals concerning
the November 3rd General Election.
Chairman
was Representative Mark Finchem, Members included. Representatives Nancy Barto, Kelly Townsend,
Davie Cook, Brent Roberts, Leo Biasiucci.
Senators included; Sonny Borrelli, Dave Gowin, and myself.
It
was held at the Hyatt Hotel, downtown Phoenix, at 9 am, and ended 7:45pm that
evening. I am going to list highlights of the 10-hour long hearing from my
notes. Testimony was given concerning
Maricopa and Pima Counties.
President
Trump’s teams of lawyers attended and Mayor Giuliani and Jenna Ellis testified
before the panel.
The following shows what the State Legislatures and each Branch of the federal government have the authority to do to address the monstrous crime which has been committed against our Country.
1. Article IV, §4, US Constitution
The fundamental Principle which should guide us in dealing with this issue is set forth atArticle IV, §4, US Constitution. It reads,
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government…”
The essence of a “Republic” is that sovereign power is exercised by Representatives elected, directly or indirectly, by The People. 1
Election fraud strikes at the heart of our Constitutional Republic. Therefore, Congress, the federal courts and the Executive Branch [i.e., the “United States”] have the duty, imposed by Article IV, §4, to negate the fraud in order to preserve our republican form of government.
As shown below, the States also have authority to remedy the election fraud committed in their State.
CALL FOR THE
ARIZONA STATE LEGISLATURE TO CALL ITSELF INTO SESSION IN ORDER TO SELECT ELECTORAL
COLLEGE ELECTORS
WHERE AS the 2020 President election has
experienced serious and accumulating allegations of election irregularities and
voter fraud across the country, AND,
WHERE AS Arizona is also experiencing an
evolving series of allegations of serious election irregularities and voter
fraud, AND,
WHERE AS presentations and testimony at the
November 30, 2020, legislative 11th-hour hearing where experts, and
eyewitnesses, and other qualified officials and authorities delivered
substantial and convincing evidence of serious, and in some cases, intentional
violations of voter law, counting procedures and protocols, AND,
WHERE AS mathematicians and computer experts
demonstrated that the Dominion Voting Systems’ voting machines used in Arizona can
be programmed to alter vote count numbers as well as percentages, and further,
it was demonstrated that the machines can be easily hacked by outside sources, AND,
WHERE AS experts and statisticians at the
hearing provided testimony and evidence of statistical anomalies in the vote
count benefiting Joe Biden that could not have statistically occurred in an honest
and legal election, AND,
WHERE AS Dominion Voting Systems is a foreign
company operating out of Canada, and Canada has rejected Dominion Voting Systems
marketing, and the State of Texas has repeatedly refused to use the Dominion
voting machines because of their history of poor security and poor performance,
AND,
WHERE AS Democrats in Arizona, and
nationally, have consistently opposed any effort for more transparency in the
election and vote counting process, AND,
WHERE AS the U.S. Constitution Article 2,
Section 1, and various clauses places state legislatures responsible for
selecting “electors” for their Electoral College members, AND,
WHERE AS the U.S. Constitution Article 2,
Section 1, and various clauses describes the selection of electors as a federal
function which supersedes any Arizona State Statutes, AND,
WHERE AS the U.S. Constitution Article 2,
Section 1, and various clauses, does not mention any involvement of a State’s governor
in this federal function of selecting Electors, THEREFORE,
BE IT HEREBY
RESOLVED that the
Gila County Republican Committee, on December 3, 2020, at its Executive Board
meeting, voted to approve this resolution and request that both the Arizona Senate
and House of Representatives immediately call themselves into session, whose
purpose will be to process this federal function and select Electoral College
Electors, AND,
BE IT
RESOLVED that the
Gila County Republican Committee fully supports the Arizona State Legislature’s
efforts to select Electoral College Electors who support President Donald J.
Trump, AND FURTHERMORE,
BE IT
RESOLVED that the
Gila County Republican Committee requests the Arizona State Legislature also
immediately establish a Special Commission to include constitutional attorneys
and election experts empowered with subpoena powers, adequately funded, whose
purpose is to properly and thoroughly investigate the allegations of election vote
count irregularities and voter fraud in the 2020 Arizona General Election, and
provide a detailed report of its findings to the Arizona Legislature and Office
of the Arizona Attorney General.
The Trump campaign bus arrived at the Payson Republican headquarters on Thursday afternoon, August 20th, to a cheering audience of nearly 100 Republican/Trump supporters who lined the sidewalk and filled the parking lot. Included was a Marine veteran in a wheelchair. The Trump Team bus, having been in Flagstaff earlier in the day, was visiting rural areas to speak to local voters.
The big red bus plastered with large letters “Team Trump on Tour” parked alongside the Beeline Highway and received a nearly continuous stream of supporting honking horns from passing cars.
Onboard were Congressman Andy Biggs, representing the southeast Phoenix/Gilbert area, Trump Campaign Chief Operating Officer Jeff DeWitt, formally the Arizona State Treasurer, and Matthew Whitaker who served as the acting U.S. Attorney General between the departure of Jeff Sessions and the appointment of William Barr.
Speaking to a
cheering crowd in the parking lot, Gila County Republican Party Chairman Gary
Morris and Payson Mayor Tom Morrissey welcomed the Trump team members.
Congressman
Biggs was the first to deliver remarks stating, “rural America is real
America!” The Congressman then went on to tout several major promises that
President Trump has kept which benefited Americans. He complained that Democrats
“want open borders, and sanctuary cities while Republicans want law and order”.
Congressman Biggs
took a few moments to recognize retired Republican, and 30-year career Marine
veteran, Bill Leblanc, who has placed more than 75,000 phone calls to voters in
support of President Trump’s re-election.
Mr. DeWitt
also commented that rural America is the real America and pointed out that while
“Republicans talk about safe and secure neighborhoods and communities; Democrats
talk about defunding police. We talk about riots in Portland and other cities;
they talk about peaceful protesters.” He stated that “Vice President Biden
won’t restore law and order, but President Trump will”.
Mr. DeWitt added, “I think one of the most important issues in Arizona, as we all know, is the Second Amendment and we must protect it!”
Former Acting U.S. Attorney General Matt Whitaker opened his comments by stating, “Everybody is against President Trump, but he is eating them up like candy bars!” which brought cheers from the crowd. He then went on to express his concern that the future of the American Republic is at risk of being lost.
Mr. Whitaker recognized
three Payson police officers protecting the gathering and commented that all
Americans should support law enforcement. He cited that more than 700 officers
have been injured in the recent rioting, and some killed, and that we must
restore law and order.
Mayor Morrissey closed the event stating that “if law and order is not restored to the country, America will devolve into a civil war which is ultimately what Democrats want”.
Gila County is
good country for the Trump campaign. Gila County gave President Trump 64
percent of the vote in 2016 and Arizona’s 11 electoral votes were critical in Trump’s
win. In the latest decade, Republican voter registrations have substantially
increased from nearly 15 percent behind Democrats to now 61 percent ahead of Democrats. That record increase will again contribute to
a Trump victory.
Gila County Republican Party Chairman commented about the events turnout. “The large crowd represents a level of enthusiasm that I don’t see in Democrats. We’ve had nearly 5,000 visitors to our Republican headquarters while the Democrat headquarters appears to be vacant”.

The Gila County GOP Lincoln Day Luncheon is a great opportunity to mingle with fellow Republicans and to hear from our elected officials. This celebration is the main fund-raising event for our local party, which will finance activities throughout the year to help promote the GOP expenses, programs and candidates.
The drawing was originally planned for the Lincoln Day Luncheon. With that event re-scheduled we next moved the drawing to our monthly Payson KMOG radio show. KMOG even advertised the planned drawing for the week leading up to the drawing. The winner is Les of Mesa. Chairman Morris delivered the rifle to a gun store where the rifle was legally transferred to him.
